Our prices include standard delivery cost based on next day service which is available to mainland UK customers only. All orders to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes), Channel Islands (GY, JE postcodes) Scottish Highlands (KW 1-14, IV 1-40, 52-54, AB, PH 19-40, PA 21-38 postcodes) & Scottish Islands (ZE, HS, KA 27-28, PH 41-44, PA 20, 40-80, KW 15-17, IV 41-51, 55, 56 postcodes) we will need to charge separate. Our service is next day however please be aware the carrier will operate up to 5 pm. The carrier is selected by us to operate the best possible service however, we cannot guarantee specific time slots as these may be affected by circumstances outside of our control. For this reason, we are unable to accept responsibility for lost working time / any costs incurred by yourselves, we recommend goods are ordered well in advance of any project start dates. The cut-off date for the next delivery is 12:00noon so every order received before 12:00noon can consider delivery next day up to 5:00pm.  If for any reasons, your delivery fails to be made on two attempts, your order will be returned to us and if you wish us to redeliver the order you will incur the cost of the delivery charge again. We make every effort to ensure we deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. In the event of a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible. All timescales refer to working days.

After accessing the compliant if we are to give any replacement, it will be done from our end at no additional cost however if you are making the return, we will happily refund your money after having received the product back form you in its original packaging and in the condition you had received it.

For any reason if you are not happy with your purchase, you reserve the right up to 30 days for the date of purchase to return it to us in its original condition (unused) in its original packaging.  Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method you used at the time of purchase.


Unfortunately, we do not offer a free returns policy. All returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend DPD, Hermes or Royal Mail for arranging the most cost-effective way of returning items.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

  • Reason for the retun.

  • Quote order reference number, invoice numbers and date received the item.

  • In case of fault or damage with item, please contact us prior to returning detailing the fault or damage.

  • Wrap all items securely in its original packaging.

  • Cost of returning an item is paid for by the customer.
